The seminar was presented by Mr Koh Chin Seng, a veteran with more than 30 years of HR experience. Mr Koh has undertaken 7 HR Due Diligence projects in China and 6 in US/Europe. In 2012, he co-authored the book ‘HR Diligence for Mergers & Acquisition in China’ and has also contributed 2 case studies to the book “Implementation of Changes in Chinese Organization”, edited by Professor Ruth Atlas.
