Courses Objectives:
The success of an organization depends largely on the efforts of each employee. This course will guide participants to use analytical techniques to explore how to measure and improve the human resource of an organization.

Lecturer Profile
Dr Guo Lei
School of Computer, National University of Singapore
Dr Guo Lei is an active educator and researcher. Her research and teaching scope covers the fields of data science, consumer behaviour research, and design thinking. She has extensive experience in implementing practice-based earning programs and applied research projects.
David Hufton
Imperial College London
Since retiring from the National University of Singapore in 2012, Mr David has been advising the National University of Singapore and other Singapore companies in estimating and planning. In addition, he still teaches courses such as statistical analysis, personnel analysis, and customer analysis.
