WiseNet Asia hosts HR Due Diligence Breakfast Session

WiseNet Asia is proud to host our first breakfast session in July, at 7KickStart Cafe, SMU campus on the topic of HR Due Diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions in China.

Led by our guest speaker – Mr Koh Chin Seng took participants through understanding and identifying HR issues that may arise on setting up new businesses or partnerships in China.

It was a fruitful morning as participants were able to clarify questions with the seasoned HR Practitioner, who gave a detailed breakdown of the do’s and don’t’s – as well as addressing some concerns in culture differences.

Many HR participants affirmed that the knowledge learned was something that they are able to apply to their business model. Following this successful event, we hope to be able to provide more value-added services to our clients and partners.
