Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth:

  • Drive hotel performance, revenue, and market share through innovative strategies and partnerships.
  • Leverage market trends to maintain competitive edge and business growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and operational processes to optimize resource allocation.

Guest Experience:

  • Create personalized experiences for guests, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with VIPs and repeat clients to foster loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a dynamic, high-energy team, focusing on training and development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work culture to maintain high employee morale.

Financial & Brand Leadership:

  • Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Enhance brand presence through effective marketing and PR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 6 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, with 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong operational management skills, with a focus on improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding the team to achieve excellence.
  • Solid financial and budget management expertise, with a focus on maximizing hotel profitability.
  • Excellent customer management skills, ensuring outstanding guest experience.
  • Energetic, innovative, and adaptable to the fast-paced hospitality industry.
