Hospitality General Manager (Bangkok)

Our Client:

An iconic luxury hospitality group. Looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the hospitality operations for a new landmark project in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development:

• Develop strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Improve cost control and sustainability across properties.

Financial & Performance Management:

• Manage budgets and financial targets, maximizing profitability.
• Make data-driven decisions based on market trends and competitive data.

Sales, Marketing & Brand Management:

• Drive occupancy rates and revenue through marketing and partnerships.
• Enhance brand awareness and oversee customer engagement strategies.

Talent Management & Leadership:

• Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring strong leadership.
• Align talent acquisition and retention with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a country leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to travel overseas for business meetings from time to time when required.
