About the Role:
The Global HR Director is responsible for leading and executing human resources strategies that support the company’s global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design efforts to support international growth.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
Talent Management & Development
- Oversee global talent acquisition, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Implement leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through training, mentorship, and career development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies across all regions.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and oversee competitive global compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure equity in pay structures across different regions.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR audits, ethical practices, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies to mitigate HR-related risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Candidates with strong Learning & Development Management experience will have a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
