CEO, Hospital (Based in China)

Our Client:

An international healthcare service provider.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will lead a team of HR professionals to manage HR operations across the organisation as well as develop HR initiatives to further enhance and align HR strategies with the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement China market strategies and business plans aligned with global strategy.
• Lead daily operations in China, ensuring efficient collaboration across departments and achievement of business goals.
• Expand market presence, establish, and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and government agencies.
• Oversee financial management, ensuring budget control and cost management.
• Lead team development and talent management to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Chinese laws and industry standards, safeguarding brand reputation.

Requirements

• A good university degree.
• 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in management.
• In-depth knowledge of China’s healthcare regulations and market expansion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with cross-cultural working ability.
