Head of Human Resources

Our Client:

Our client is a renowned healthcare centre in Singapore.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will lead a team of HR professionals to manage HR operations across the organisation as well as develop HR initiatives to further enhance and align HR strategies with the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver people management systems, practices and processes to drive people-related initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and manage HR initiatives which include recruitment strategies, retention programmes, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, people management and other strategic and operational HR matters
• Collaborate with management to anticipate workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent while fostering a strong organizational culture.
• Implement and support change management initiatives
• Oversee key annual HR processes, including budgeting, succession planning, performance reviews, rewards planning, and supporting various projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR operations to support organizational growth and transformation efforts.
• Develop and drive learning and development activities to ensure that staff are developed to their fullest potential.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of human resource experience with at least 5 years at a senior leadership level
• Possess strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Passion for serving in a healthcare environment; preferably similar experience in a nursing home industry
