Building Information Modelling Project Manager (Based in China)

An international Engineering Consulting Firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM strategies for engineering and construction projects.
• Manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to integrate BIM workflows.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM applications, software, and implementation best practices.
• Oversee BIM data management, including model updates and documentation.
• Train and support project teams in BIM technologies and workflows.
• Monitor industry trends and drive continuous innovation in BIM application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• 6 years of BIM project management experience.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with emerging BIM technologies.
