CTO, Lithium Battery R&D (Based in China)

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the research institute team for project planning and execution based on the company’s strategic plan and business needs.
• Manage the progress of new product development, control cost budgets, and related tasks.
• Conduct performance testing and verification of products to ensure quality meets company standards.
• Participate in the development of market positioning strategies for new products.
• Provide recommendations for product line strategies and assist in product strategy evaluation and decision-making.
• Offer professional technical support services to external customers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, New Energy, Battery Pack, or related fields.
• Experience in lithium battery R&D, with a preference for those experienced in lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery development.
• Familiarity with battery pack, BMS, electrolytes, cathode, anode, and separator materials is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
