Branch Manager (North China Region)

Our Client:

An established international freight forwarder.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in international freight forwarding (Sea and Air transport).
• Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential customers, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and expand relationships with key clients, freight forwarders, carriers, and industry partners.

2. Branch Operations & Performance Management:

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, documentation, and customer service.
• Manage and optimize the branch’s P&L, budget, and cost controls.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve business targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a strong focus on sales and business development.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of global trade, freight forwarding operations, customs regulations, and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
