Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development (based in Chongqing)

Our Client:

A global shipping and logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of global L&D programs aligned with business and talent strategies.
• Manage end-to-end L&D projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful solutions.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure quality delivery of external training initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and continuously improve learning impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in L&D, including global or regional project management.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project execution, and instructional design.
• Familiar with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
