Senior Manager, Business Development

Our Client:

A listed pharmaceutical group is searching for a Senior Manager, BD based in Singapore to assist them in expanding SEA market.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop potential partners in the pharmaceutical industry, for licensing agreements of both innovative new medicine and established generic drugs.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners and industry leaders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to advance projects collaboratively.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive environment.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy or related fields;
• At least 5 years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Experience in successfully completing drug licensing, mergers & acquisitions is mandatory;
• Understand the regulatory requirements and compliance standards of the pharmaceutical industry;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
