Role:
As a Rewards Senior Manager, you will provide HR consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation practices, programs and policies to address rewards and recognition related matters. This includes ensuring alignment of rewards strategies and process in regional offices with the Group Rewards COE while maintaining compliance with local legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process, as well as support performance management and calibration process regional offices within specific business areas
- Review salary competitiveness and planning recommendations, including manpower cost budgeting
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Information Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of Total Rewards operational deliveries through streamlining workflow processes
- Conduct effective communication sessions and create good quality communication materials on various Rewards programs
- Participate in broader Rewards projects prioritized by COE.
Requirements:
- Relevant University degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs across regions such as Asia, Europe and Middle East
- Confident to deal with Senior Stakeholders
- Expert in Advanced Excel and able to handle large amount of data
- Highly numeric, analytical and attention to details
- Able to work in a Matrix environment
