Regional Marketing Manager – Southeast Asia (Based in Singapore)

About our client

Leading F&B Group expanding rapidly in Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:

The role oversees brand strategy, marketing execution, and franchisee collaboration to drive regional sales and ensure brand consistency across Southeast Asia.

1.       Ensures all franchise locations strictly follow franchisor brand guidelines, adapting global strategies for local relevance, auditing franchisee activities, and refining guidelines with global teams.
Designs and leads regional marketing plans to boost brand awareness and sales, manages multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and maintains consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.

2.       Works closely with franchisees to localize marketing, provides tools, training, and guidance, and conducts regular workshops to align execution with brand standards.

3.       Leads digital marketing strategies and regional social media content, ensuring localization and performance tracking aligned with global frameworks.

4.       Tracks KPIs and ROI, evaluates campaign effectiveness, and collaborates with franchisees to report on local marketing outcomes and improvements.

Requirements:

1.       A good university degree

2.       At least 5-8 years of regional marketing experience in FMCG, Retail or F&B industries

3.       Relevant experience managing franchisees and supporting franchise partners in driving sales

4.       Good understanding of Southeast Asian cultures

5.       Willing to travel extensively for business
