Overseas Education Consulting Manager

Our client:

An educational consultancy firm specializing in study abroad has a new opening for Consulting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation services for students who are interested to pursue overseas further education
• Engage with the individual student to understand his/ her background, interest, preferences and needs, proposing and designing solutions and advice for consideration
• Follow up with the clients diligently to achieve successful closure
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct skills training for new employees.

Qualifications:

• A good university degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in study abroad consulting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills
• Experience in managing high net worth clients will have a strong advantage
• Good organizational and teamwork abilities
