OTR/ROTR Sales Technical Manager (based in USA/ Australia/ Japan)

Our Client:

A leading tyre manufacturer in the world. Due to business expansion, they have a new role for OTR/ROTR Sales Technical Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of mining area and terminal group customers.
• Conduct market analysis and marketing planning for the engineering tire market.
• Formulate company pricing policies and guidelines to achieve sales targets and enhance product premium based on market competition.
• Gather market information to help existing distributor clients expand their terminal customer channels.
• Provide technical support and track product data for engineering tires.
• Responsible for marketing planning and coordinating various resources to enhance the value of the Aeolus engineering tire brand

Required:

• Minimum 8 years of direct sales experience in the tire industry, with at least 4 years of direct sales experience in OTR products.
• Experience in developing mining customers or large fleet clients.
• Familiar with the local engineering tire market.
• Ability to perform technical analysis and provide tracking services.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
