Operations Director

Our Client:

A well-known third-party logistics company in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Streamline workflows, standardize SOPs, and monitor KPIs to boost efficiency.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Train and mentor teams in continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with clients to implement tailored operational strategies.
• Ensure operations comply with regional logistics regulations and company policies.
• Work with global leadership to align operations with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related field
• At least 8 years in logistics with Lean Six Sigma expertise
• Strong in logistics, data analysis, and leadership.
• Willing to travel frequently within China.
