Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s vision and growth strategy, driving market expansion and innovation.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance to ensure profitability.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Customer and Brand Focus: Ensure consistent brand standards and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company to investors, partners, and the board, maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements

• A good university degree.
• Over 8 years of strategic leadership experience in retail or service industries
• Experience in building new markets from 0 to 1.
• Strong market insight and analytical skills.
