F&B Business Head

Our Client:

Our client is a young and vibrant beverage brand expanding globally. Due to business expansion, they now have a new opening for Business Head to spearhead store expansion and operations in London, UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the P&L management of stores in London area;
• Responsible for setting up and leading the team for the outlet operations in London area;
• Leads the overall planning and execution of new store openings in London area;
• Manage various aspects of operations, ensuring the implementation of operational standards, and steadily improving operational efficiency, optimizing operating costs, and ensure the achievement of various business goals;
• Responsible for the overall management of the team, including staff management, recruiting, training, motivating and performance management
• Establish a good cooperative relationship with internal and external teams, coordinating and integrating resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above,
• More than 7 years of experience in QSR operations
• Familiar with the setting up and operations management of QSR stores,
• Willing to travel overseas
• Experience in product quality and service quality management.
• Good communication skills and strong leadership skills
