Director of Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to implement strategic quality assurance for the region to ensure highest standard of products and services and provide customer-centric experience to become leader of the industry.

• Lead the regional quality team to ensure swift resolution of complaints, working closely with Quality Account Managers across various countries.
• Enhance quality complaint resolution, improve customer NPS, manage Cost Of Poor Quality, and act as a focal point of the region
• Foster strong relationships will be key in liaising between quality representatives and Country Heads
• Uplift customer experience regarding all technical supports among local operation team in troubleshooting services to internal/external customers
• Participate in technical decision making applicable to all board and structure changes at global level

Requirements:

• Must bring extensive experience from the packaging business, pharmaceutical or F&B manufacturing industry, regional experience in Asia or AsiaPac will be an advantage.
• Ability to effectively lead regional and local teams
• Experience in providing microbiological troubleshooting services or Aseptic knowledge will be advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software for tracking customers experience and issues
• Frequent travelling is expected
