Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategy, drive market growth, and align with regional objectives.
• P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Operations Management: Lead end-to-end logistics operations, drive efficiency, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Customer Relations & Business Development: Build strong customer relationships, secure long-term contracts, and explore new business opportunities.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team, ensuring succession planning and talent growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in industry events.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate business risks while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in logistics or 3PL, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven P&L management and operational efficiency experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC logistics and regulatory environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
