Our Client:

A well-known healthcare Group’s new hospital in Guangzhou

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the hospital.
• Leads the hospital’s executive team, ensuring high-quality patient care, driving financial sustainability, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government bodies, and the community.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance hospital performance, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote hospital branding efforts to enhance social influence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Medicine (MD), or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in hospital management, healthcare administration, or executive roles.
• Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and hospital operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
