APAC Franchise Development Director

Our Client:

An internet retail Group expanding globally has a new opening for APAC Franchise Development Director based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for international growth through market analysis and opportunity identification.
• Establish and maintain relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive business development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market entry and operational excellence in new regions.
• Optimize pricing, marketing, and operations to maximize profitability in international markets.
• Train and support local teams to align with brand values and maintain operational standards.

Requirements

• A good university degree.
• At least 6 years of business development or PE/ VC experience in QSR.
• Strong market analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in international market expansion.
